Built Right the First Time. Still Running Strong at WSAA 2026.
Most vendor relationships in payments start the same way: a great pitch, a signed contract, a shipment of devices that all work fine on day one. The trouble shows up later. A terminal fails in the field eighteen months in, and suddenly nobody's sure who owns the problem, the manufacturer, the reseller, the integrator, or whoever's left holding the support ticket.
That gap between "shipped" and "still working" is where most vendors quietly disappear. It's also where we've spent our time.
We're Vault CPS. Some of you knew us as TPG. Same team, same standards, just a name that fits where we're headed. Every device that leaves us is configured, tested, and verified before it reaches a partner, and when something needs attention after that, we're the ones who show up, not a handoff to someone three layers removed from the original sale.
We'll be at WSAA, September 15 to 17 in Palm Springs, at Booth 327.
If you're an ISO, ISV, or acquiring business managing device provisioning, deployment, or support for your merchants, here's a short list of where we actually do the work, not just talk about it:
- Device provisioning and configuration — every terminal set up, tested, and verified before it ships, not after a complaint comes in
- Key injection — remote and secure, handled correctly the first time
- Deployment and distribution — kitted, staged, and shipped to merchant locations, ready to install on arrival
- Reverse logistics — returns, repairs, and redeployment managed end to end, not routed through three different vendors
- Full device lifecycle management — one team accountable from first configuration to last repair, so nothing gets lost in a handoff
That last point is really the whole pitch. A lot of providers are good at one piece of this. We built the business around owning all of it, because the moment something breaks is exactly when a merchant finds out whether their vendor actually has their back.
If any of this sounds like a gap in your current setup, or if you're just tired of chasing down whoever's supposed to own the fix, let's talk before the show gets busy. We'd rather spend twenty real minutes with you in advance than compete for two rushed ones on the floor.
Or find us at Booth 327 while you're there. Either way, we'd like to properly reintroduce ourselves.
